At The Villa At The Lake, all meals are planned by and prepared under the direction of a chef and a dietician. Three complete, well balanced meals are served daily by a cheerful dining room staff. The residents are not assigned a specific time or specific seating. In addition, residents are also offered an evening snack and 24 hours beverage bar with a variety of pop, coffee, tea and juices.

Menus Each meal is served with a variety of choices available. A monthly menu is given to each resident with a daily CHEF's CHOICE. The menu is posted daily on the Menu Board in the hub.
For breakfast enjoy pancakes or French Toast, sausage and bacon, eggs (any way), fruit, hot and cold cereals, Danish and a bread assortment. Lunch is the large meal of the day with three entrees, vegetables, potatoes or noodles, fruit and other surprises for dessert. The evening meal consists of warm and cold sandwiches, homemade soups, and the cook's choice of resident favorite leftovers.

Room Service Residents may be served in their suites on a temporary basis if illness prohibits them from coming to the dining room.

Resident Kitchen & Private Dining Room Residents may use the resident kitchen and private dining room for special occasions. Here they can prepare meals for family and friends and dine in private. If they wish the staff can supply the meal so that the resident can relax and just enjoy the meal.
